RECONSTRUCTION PLANS
Delegates attending the Dominion Reconstruction Conference which will be held in the Y.W.C.A. Hall to-dav and for the following three days, will be welcomed by the Mayor, Mr. J. A. C. Allum. The opening address will be given by Canon W. W. Aver ill.■ who is chairman of the conference. Various prominent speakers will deal with alt phases of national life.
