AUSTRALIAN SOCIAL PLAN
MELBOURNE. Nov. 25 The Federal Government intends to introduce a scheme for pensions for widows and unemployment insurance, and is planning for authority for housing as soon as possible after Parliament meets in the New Year. Announcing this the Minister of Health and Social Services, Mr. Holloway, said that widows' pensions would be on the same basis as old-age and invalid pensions.
