CONFUSION OF IDENTITY Tn the report published yesterday of the death of a young territorial soldier who was killed in a motor-cycle accident at Mangere on Saturday there was a confusion in the identity of the victim with that of his brother, who undertook the duty of identification at the coroner's request. The victim was Cecil Don Ashwin, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Ashwin r of Kirkbride Road, Mangere, not John Avery Ashwin, as was stated in the report.
