"CHAOS OF REGULATIONS" fBY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] CHRISTCHURCH, Tuesday In the motoring case in the Supreme Court to-day the foreman of the jury said be had been asked by the jury to comment on the traffic regulations in the city. A motorist going north on his correct side had to watch his right-hand side and give way to traffic on his right. Also, at the same time he had to keep watch for traffic approaching on tho left. The jury felt that this matter required looking into and attention to save both the motorist and other traffic from the situation created bv this chaos of regulations. Mr. Justice Northcroft said he would see that the registrar communicated the jury's representations to the authorities responsible for the traffic regulations.
