PROCESSI ON IN THE CITY A procession of decorated floats and barrows led l>\ the baud from Pnpakura Camp will be held in the city today as part ol the appeal to raise monev for the fighters' Mother Fund in addition to the procession, collectors will be busy at many points trom 1 .'>o a.m. until 0,• U) p.in Assembling in Quay Street, the parade will move off at approximately 12 o'clock and will proceed up Queen Street, along Ka~ rangahape Ro.'nl to Pitt Street, and return along the same route. ami will disperse to sell the produce with which they will be loaded. The proceeds of the appeal will he divided equally between the funds for the lighters' mother of group 2. motion pictures and entertainments (Mrs. Bar l iiigton Snow), and group 5, transport and public bodies (Mrs. Temple Drown), both of whom will lake part in the procession. Produce stalls, raffles, vaudeville acts and dancing will be held to-night in the Town Hall in aid of the same groups.

Vehicular traffic will be excluded from Queen Street- between Customs Street and Wollesley Street, between 12 o'clock and 2 p.m. except that commercial vehicles will be admitted after 1 p.m. A total of £40,91 i? had been collected by the seven groups for the fund at f> p.m vestei'day.
