RECEPTION OF SOLDIERS
"The transport of sick and wounded soldiers returning 1 o New Zealand is. exclusively the business of the transport section of the Joint. Council of the Order of St. John and the I'm! Cross Society,'' said the chairman. Sir Krnest Davis, at a meeting of the Auckland Provincial Joint Committee last night. It was essential that there should be general understanding oi that position because of the approaching return of hospital ships with drafts ot men.
