WINTER FARM SCHOOLS

(0.C.) HAMILTON, Monday Fifty-three students attended the first two of four special winter farm courses conducted by the Fields Division of the Department of Agriculture at Ruakura, 28 taking the course dealing with the fundamentals of farming, and 25 a dairying course. A dairy farming course for students who attended the 1940 juniors' course has been postponed, but a sheep farming course commenced to-dny and will continue until Friday. The final course will bo for Maoris from land development schemes.
