SOLID SEVEN FURLONGS RENASCOR AND COURTING (0.C.) PALMERSTOX XORTH. Thursday Conditions were perfect at Awopuni this morning when candidates for the Otnki meeting were given their final gallops. The flags were wide out on the course proper, and the going was good. One of the best efforts over seven furlongs was that of Renascor (S. Waddell) and Courting (".J. Bowness), who ran 1.38 2-5, the first half-mile in 575. Caution (W. J. Broughton) went with them over (he last six. Gaelic Song (McKinnon) maintained an even pace over seven furlongs in 1.10.
