Sir, —The tents at tlie military camp at Ngaruawaliia are, as the date on them shows, 20 years old. It is not surprising they "leak like a sieve." Our men will face" hardships oversea without complaint, hut must they have to put up with wet clothing and bedding through leaking tents in their own country?

A protest was made about the food at this camp, which did bring about an improvement; so far nothing has been done about this equally important matter. Soldier's Motheb.
