GOLD DREDGE DISPUTE

REFERENCE TO FEDERATION [by TELEGRAPH —OWN- correspondent] GREYMOUTH, Tuesday Full details of the dispute which has resulted in the Ngahere gold dredge being idle since the King's Birthday holiday on November 25 have been referred by the West Const Trades and Labour Council to the Federation of Labour, the national executive of which meets at Wellington to-morrow. TIIO union's case will he presented by a representative from the West Coast. An allegation that the onus for the protraction of the dispute is on the Minister of Labour, the Hon. P. C. Webb, and the company is made in a statement issued by the West Coast Trades and Labour Council.
