The Minister of Public Works, the . Hon. R. Semple, will meet a deputation in Christchnrch to-morrow represent-' ing the men awaiting s settlement of the dispute on the Oaro section of the.' South Island Main Trunk railway construction. A telegram to this effect was - received lato last night by the of the Oaro local branch. Mr. T). D. Popplewell, ■who, with Mr. W. Thursta.in and Mr. J. Worrall. will meet the Minister to-morrow morning.
