NEW ZEALAND'S GROWLS
Sir, —At a time like this one wonders what somo of the people of New Zealand want, if they will ever he satisfied. There is a cry for more wages and there is moro growling than in any other country, and our onlv ration is petrol. You cannot realise what Britain is enduring to give you your comfort and freedom.
Would it not help your country if you did less growling. A few years ago the cry was poverty, but not through a Labour Government. Now you have a Government that has lifted that poverty and given you a taste of comfort.
You are crying out for more wealth and trying to break your own good country instead of building it. It is time you realised what poverty you would suffer should Hitler be your leader. Now, wake up and think. A Farmer's Wife.
