GIFTS IN OLD GOLD

Sir, —Will you bo good enough to give somo publicity to a scheme for all women in New Zealand to participate in. In answer to the appeal made by His Excellency the GovernorGeneral, there are thousands of women like myself who are unable to give financial aid to the brave and homeless people in England. But we can all give some articlo of gold even at a small sacrifice to ourselves.

Surely this is tho least we can do who, but for the grace of God, might bo refugees ourselves. I feel sure this appeal will bring in a golden harvest. Gold Digger.
