DIVORCE PETITION

Steps were taken in the Supreme Court yesterday to dissolve a marriage that took place in 1911. The petitioner was Ralph Douglas Stewart (Mr. Nutsford). who sought a decree nisi against Annie Elizabeth Stewart. Ho said his wife left him without giving any reason in 1936, and refused to return. Their four children were grown up. Mr. Justice Fair adjourned the case for the production of corroborative evidence.
