DIVORCE GRANTED
On the ground of the respondent's failure to comply with a decree for restitution of conjugal rights, Arthur Edward Green (Mr. M. Robinson) sought divorce from Ruby Eleanor Green (Mr. Schramm), before Mr. Justice Fair in the Supreme Court yesterday. The parties were married in 1920, and have two children. His Honor granted a decree nisi, and gave interim custody of the younger child to the respondent.
