DANGEROUS DRIVING
[by telegraph—OWN coukespondent] WHAKATANE, Wednesday Pleading guilty before Mr. E. L. Walton, S.M., to charges of driving in a dangerous manner, using obscene language, ftnd not possessing a warrant of fitness, Tamati Mihanga Kai whata, farmer, aged 38, represented by Mr. P. F. Smith, was fined £7 10s, £5 and 10s, plus costs, respectively. A charge of intoxication in charge of a motor-car was dismissed.
