Sir, —Who is responsible for the all too frequent outbursts of envyings that are coining from our loved ones in Wellington? The latest is a petition sent to the Matson Line, pleading"-with them that for the safety of their ships they should he diverted from Auckland to Wellington. We do not mind in peace time this style of propaganda; but as a nation we are now at war. Queen Citt.
