ELECTION OF OFFICERS [BY TELEGRAPH —PBESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Monday The annual conference of the Railway Officers 1 Institute was concluded ou Saturday . when officers were elected as follows:—President, Mr. J. S. H. Orr (Invercargill); North Island vice-presi-dent, Mr. M. J. Forde (Wellington); South Island vice-president, Mr.. S. F. Clarke (Duncdin); general treasurer,. Mr. G. R. Wilson (Wellington); executive committee (all resident in Wellington),, Messrs. Abraham, Lynch, Na'sli and Russell (traffic branch), Renai' (stores), Ellis (locomotive running), Sullivan (workshops technical), Stead (maintenance); auditors, Messrs. A. F. Taylor and B. Tangney.
