(O'CONNOR BEATS CORBETT [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Monday In a brisk wrestling contest Dan 'O'Connor beat Joe Corbett on points, with one fall each, at the Wellington Town. Hall to-night. Corbett obtained the initial fall with a cradlehold after preliminary jolts and tosses in the fifth round. He tried to do it again in the next round, but ran into a flying tackle and dropkick, after which O'Connor took a fall with a reverse octopus clamp and surfboard, an ingenious hold not hitherto seen in Wellington.
