WON MARATHON IN 1896 (Received March 27, 7.4S p.m.) ATHENS. March 26 The death has occurred of Spiros Loues. aged 72. He won tho marathon race at the first modern revival of the Olympic Games in 1896, which was raced over a jioat track which now is a motor road linking Athens with Marathon,
