Miss Wilmot states that ft balanced diet is based on milk, eggs, cheese, meat or fish, potato and other vegetables, fruits and butter, foods known as protective foods, and ;s supplemented with energy food such a3 bread and cereals, preferably wholo grain products. Variety in selection of moats, fruits and vegetables is important, she states, both to ensuro a. good supply of essentials and to avoid monotony.
