Outram, G. N Parker, C. A. Pownall, D. M. Rolph-Sinith, R. C. E. Scott, J. S. Shorthofise. The following pilot officers on probation are confirmed in their appointments: —G. W. Ash by, R. E. 13a ry, L. W. Bennett, F. li. Craig. .J. R. Gardner, C. F. Gray, H. P. Hill, .1. P. Kemp, S. C. Lndyman. T. C. McGillivray. Dr. X. K. B, Kiiybcll, of Lower Hutt, has been granted a commission in the medical branch of the Royal Air Force for the duration of hostilities as flying officer.
