Tucsday A farmer, Mr. Robert Ormond Gardner, aged 60, of Lilburne Valley, near Tuatapere, was killed yesterday afternoon when lie was pinned under the frame of a dray. When he failed to return last evening his brother, who farms the adjoining property, made a search and found him with the dray frame on his head. .Mr. Gardner was prominent in agricultural circles in the district. He is survived by his wife and two children.
