WORST DANGER PAST CONSIDERABLE DAMAGE h ("Received February 20, 5.5 p.m.) SAX FKAXCJNCO, Feb. 2S The rains have moved toward the south causing the hope that the worst of the flood , danger has past. Two deaths are reported. It is estimated that the damage to property totals more than 1.000,000 dollars. At least 4000 people have been rendered homeless. National guards are evacuating more than 1000 migrant workers who were marooned in camps and flimsy homes.
