WEATHER CAUSES INCREASE (Received February 6, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 5 There was an increase in the unemployed in Britain of 157,371 between December 11 and January 15. This was almost wholly due to bad weather. However, the January total of 1,518,896 was the smallest for 12 years.
