QUEENSLAND DISTRICTS % STORM SWEEPS CAPITAL CONSIDERABLE DAMAGE BRISBANE, Feb. 6 A cyclonic storm swept the city of Brisbane and suburbs last night and caused considerable damage. Railway and tramway traffic was seriously dislocated by wash-outs. The wind reached a velocity of 70 miles an hour. Torrential rain resulted in all lowlying land being flooded. Rain in the south-west districts of Queensland caused the stoppage of train services. Railway lines and bridges are submerged, and some' towns are isolated.
