MIGHT JOIN EUSSIANS ALLIES' AID TO FINNS TECHNICIANS FOR SOVIET (Received January 3, 9.20 p.m.) LONDON, Jan. 3 Germany has issued a warning that she might enter the RussoFinnish conflict if British soldiers appeared on Finnish soil or if Allied shipments of munitions to Finland reached decisive proportions, says the Berlin correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain. It is denied that Stalin has asked for 200,000 expert engineers and technicians from Germany to reorganise Russian economy and industry. However, the Amsterdam correspondent of the News Chronicle savs
that in response to Stalin's appeal Germany has sent a military mission to Leningrad to aid the Russians against tho Finns. It comprises mostly German officors who fought against the Russians in the Finnish War of Liberation in 1918, and for whom Stalin specially asked.
