NEW CHIEF JUSTICES
COLONIAL POSSESSIONS British Wireless LONDON, Dec. 28 It is announced by the Colonial Office that the King has approved tho appointment of Mr. J. L. Devaux, Attorney-General of Trinidad, to be Chief Judge of Mauritius on tho retirement of Sir G. E. Nairac. It is also announced that the King has approved tho appointment of Mr. George Graham Paul, puisne Judge of Nigeria, to bo Chief Justice of Sierra Leone, succeeding Judge A. H. Webb, who was recently appointed Chief Justice of Tanganyika.
