Peter Glen, ex-R.A.F. officer, goes shares with his friend Lionel Byward in a Waldonian Lottery. They win £BO,OOO, but are then faced with the fact that the prize carries with it a Waldonian bride 'and free transport to claim her. Peter and Li, having their affections already very much engaged, are at first somewhat at a loss, but they decide to fly out to Waldonia together, taking with them their respective fiancees.
