AMERICAN EARTH TREMOR (Received November 14, 5.5 p.m.) SEATTLE, Nov. 13 One million dollars' worth of damage is estimated to have been done at Seattle by the most severe earth tremor ever recorded on the Washington University's seismograph. The tremors continued for 25 minutes and were felt from Portland to Vancouver and Spokane.
