'/ADMIRAL BYRD'S PLANS BOSTON, Nov. 13 Rear-Admiral R. E. Byrd's 35-ton imow cruiser, which was damaged when it crashed into a bridgo and fell into a creelc at Lima, Ohio, on October 28, nrrivod a fortnight late, due to eight breakdowns en route. The first ship, the North Star, is sailing on November 14. "Rear-Admiral Byrd is joining, either at Philadelphia or at Panama a week Inter, the second ship, tho barquentine, Bear of Oakland.
