DANGEROUS CROSSING

WARNING DEVICE URGED [from our own correspondent] HAMILTON, Tuesday A decision to write to the Minister of Railways, tlie Hon. D. G. Sullivan, and the Minister of Public Works, the Hon. R. Seinple, asking that-a warning device be erected at the Seddon Road railway crossing, which has been the scene of a number of recent accidents, was made at a meeting of the Hamilton advisory committee of tho Automobile Association (Auckland). Members of the committee mentioned that several accidents had taken place on the crqssing in the past few weeks, and a recent accident had resulted in a man's death. The committee also decided to seek the support of tho Hamilton Borough Council in its application.
