CHRISTIAN SCIENCE
"Christinh Science: the Scionco of Christ Healing" was the subject of an address which was-given to , a . large audience last evening in the Christian Science Church, Synionds Street, by Mr. Colin E. Eddison, a member of the Board of Lectureship of tho Mother Church, the First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston. The lecture was relayed to an overflow audience in the Sunday school hall. < It was recorded in the Gospel of John, the lecturer said, that Christ Jesus declared, "This is life eternal, that they might' know Tlie'e ,0 on l v true God', anrf Jesus Christ, whom Thou hast sent." Life oternal, that abundant life which Jesus said that He came to give, implied more than mere existence. It included health, freedom, happiness—all that made life worth having.
