EXPLOSION AT LIVERPOOL (Received October 29, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 2S Sentences were passed to-day, in connection with tho recent explosion at Liverpool, on tho following members of tho Irish Republican Army: Vincent Crompton, 20 years' imprisonment; John Carnoy and George Whittaker, each seven years; Christopher Keueally, throe years' borstal detention. In the case of Jean Dobson sentence was postponed. Terence O'Hanlon was acquitted on all charges.
