DESTROYED SCHOOL
REPLACEMENT DELAY [from oun OWN correspondent] TE KUITI, Friday Dissatisfaction at the delay of the replacement of the burned buildings at the Te Kuiti Primary School was expressed at a meeting of the school committee. As the pupils had been accommodated in most unsuitable temporary promises since the lire in Ma roll last, the committee expressed amazement that the work had not yet been begun. Tenders were accepted for the building in September* and the contractor, with all necessary materials available, is .Iwaiting authority from tho Government to commence building.
