RED CROSS SOCIETY

CONCERT AT NORTHCOTE A successful entertainment was given in the King's Theatre, Nortlicote, last evening in aid of the funds of the Nortlicote branch of the Bed Cross Society. The large audience greatly enjoyed * the items, which comprised songs by Mrs. Pees Davies, Mr. Arthur Wright and Mr. Edwin Mitchell; violin solos by Miss Pauline Munro, and piano-accordeon selections by Miss Joan Kbrkin. Conjuring, lightning drawings and comedy sketches were given by Messrs. G. M. Greenslade. F. Ryan and H. Davies. The accompanists were Miss P. Munro and Mr. P. Black, the stage manager was Mr. L. Watson and the secretary was Mrs. H. Cadncss.
