Accused was sentenced to a* mouth's imprisonment, and ordered to be placed on his ship before it left Auckland. A charge of stealing a fur necklet valued .-it £4 los was denied by Rita Viola Fish, married, aged 21 (Mr. G. Skclton). She was fined lO.s and ordered to pay expenses, £2 Bs.
