DANCE AT TAPAPA

YOUNG PEOPLE'S CLUB The Tapapa Young People'.s Club held an enjoyable cards evening and dance in the local school recently. There was a good attendance, including visitors from Putaruru and Tirau. A five hundred tournament was won by Mrs. Parker and Mr. W. Grant. Consolation prizes went to Mrs. Pcvreal and Mr. J. Vanvccn. A Monte Carlo waltz was won by Miss Barbara Mooney and Mr. A. Davidson. Among those present were:—Mrs. Hagenson, Mrs. W. Barker, Mrs. E. Pullman, Mrs. N. Harwood, Mrs. Fuller, Mrs. Parker, Mrs. Clarke (Okoroire), Miss R. Harwood, Miss G. Barker. Miss M. Rause, Miss B.
