An Old Scottish Custom
TVTEET fourteen-year-old Leslie West, drum - major of tho famous Pipe Band of the Queen Victoria School, Dunblane, Scotland. Leslie is the third member of his family to have led the band as drum-major. He is the son of a Scots Guardsman, and makes an impressive figure as he marches at the head of the boys' band. The school is for the sons of soldiers, sailors and airmen.
