OBITUARY
COUNT CONSTANZO CIANO FOREIGN MINISTER'S FATHER (Received Juno 27, 6.15 p.m.) ROME, Juno 20 The death has occurred of Admiral Count Constanzo Ciano, father of tho Italian Foreign Minister, president of the Chamber of Fasci and Corporations. Admiral Count Constanzo Ciano had sat in the Italian Parliament since Signer Mussolini came into power. He was elected president of tho new Chamber of Fasci and Corporations in March last. From November, 1922, to February, 1924, lie was Commissary for the Merchant Marine, and from February to May, 1921, PostmasterGeneral. He was then appointed Minister of Communications —a position in which ho had to deal with tho finances of the railways and tho development of electrical power plant.
