BRITISH AND FRENCH IMPORTANT PROCEDURE LONDON. June 20 Tho series of visits by French warships to British ports in the last two months has culminated in tho greatest meeting between British and French warships and naval loaders since tho war. Tho French battleships Strasbourg and Dunquorquo, and threo cruisers, commanded by Admiral Gensoul, commanding tho French Atlantic Fleet, recently arrived at tho Firth of Forth, whero wore assembled tho Nelson, flagship of Admiral Sir Charles Forbes, Commander-in-Chief of the Home Fleet, aincl 11 other warships.
