OTAHUHU CLUB The provision of nddilionnl pl.int. and equipment and the maintenance of its financial position was reported at tho annual meeting of <lie Otaliuhu Bowling Club. The success of the club during the past season from a playing point of view was shown in the achievements of members, the report stilted, the most notable being the winning of the Auckland Centre Easter tournament for first-.vear players by the club's reprej sentatives. The club was represented in the ! champion of champions tourney and the | Kaster fours through the advanced stages. I The membership increased, there being nine j first-year players. After a lengthy discussion on the proposed new pennant competition it was dej cided to support the objective, hut to raise ; several points of detail for discussion at the ! centre met inc. !
