PROHIBITION EDICT
NAZI HEALTH AUTHORITIES Independent Cable Service BERLIN, April 11 The German health authorities have issued commands demanding total abstinence from alcohol and smoking by German youth, expectant mothers and notorious addicts. They also place special responsibility on drivers of motor-cars, with severe punishment for offences committed under the influence of drink.
