OPEN DAY AT PUKEKOHE ' Enthusiasm for amateur athletics has reached a high level in the Franklin district. The Franklin club is holding an open meeting on Bledisloe Park, Pukekohe, next Saturday afternoon. The entries are excellent, nnd the' officials are, leaving no stone unturned to make the meeting tho best so far in the history of the club., LYNNDALE CONTESTS The senior and junior pentathlon contests of the Lynndale Amateur Athletic and Cycle Club Will be held at the new cinder track, New Lynn, on Saturday.
