SCHOOL COMPETITIONS SPORTS AT NORTHCOTE I KEEN INTEREST DISPLAYED The annual swimming sports of the Northcoto District High School were : held yesterday afternoon at the Hine- > moa Park Basin, "ear the Birkenhead ■ Wharf. The programme was well organised and the pupils displayed keen : interest. The principal, Mr. I*. A. ( Garry,' complimented the children on ' their efforts, and thanked all who had assisted in the success of the sports by the provision of boats and similar facilities.
