PEST ATTACKS PEST
Blackberry gatherers around the ranges report the presence of white butterfly caterpillars on the young shoots of blackberry plants this season, the leaves in some cases being completely skeletonised. White butterflies, however, are not appearing in sufficient numbers in these districts at present to constitute a serious menace to wild vegetation.
