GYMNASIUM PARTY

OPENING OF SEASON REHEARSAL AT Y.W.C.A. A party was held at the Young AVonien's Christian Association hail last night to celebrate the opening of the season when the health and recreational groups meet. Members of all groups 'were present in their various uniforms, and a programme of games and competitions was enjoyed, the evening concluding with community singing. The programme was in the charge of Miss Jeanne Harinsworth, assisted by Miss Barbara Stalker. Before the commencement of the party, a rehearsal of the parade to lie held at Cornwall Park to mark the termination of Physical Kitness week was held. It is Imped that the association will be represented by over 300 girls in this parade, in which all the health and recreational clubs of the city have been asked to join.
