NO INCOME TAX RETURN (Received February 14, 10.40 p.m.) SYDNEY, Feb. 14 A prominent jockey, David (Darby) Munro, was to-day fined £IOO for failing to furnish an income tax return in 19:37, when his net income is estimated to have been £4OOO.
