BACON COMPETITION
WAIKATO WINTER SHOW 210 ENTRIES RECEIVED [from our owx correspondent] HAMILTON, Tuesday The New Zealand bacon pig championship, to be deeided at the Waikato Winter Show, which will be held in Hamilton from May 30 to June 6 next, has attracted 210 entries from all parts of New Zealand: The. competition, is sponsored by the Waikato District Pig Council. 7 After the awards have been made, the bacon sides will be raffled and the »- profits, if any, will be devoted to- pig instructional work.
