He was sen.titnced to three months' imprisonment, ;lo run concurrently with three months imposed in Christchurch last weel! for theft.
Wilson was njjlnaiided to appear a 1 Auckland on February 21 on a charge of breaking anjl entering a shop .at Hiintly, and thlfft of clothing to the value * of £7l! 1 . Detective-Sergeant Knight stated ofilier charges were pending against the accused in Auckland
